Lush Green Hills

what can therapy help with?

how long does therapy take?

what should I expect from the first session and on?

Therapy can help you make sense of where you’ve been, navigate where you are, and move toward where you want to be with confidence.

I specialize in working with anxiety and processing trauma through EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy, while also helping high-achieving clients develop improved nervous system regulation, greater self-reflection, emotional openness, and alignment with their values and goals from a narrative, humanistic lens.

The therapeutic process, and therefore length, is unique to each client. Depending on your goals, we will collaborate on a unique treatment plan, working towards improvement and alignment. We may meet every week or every other week.

Talk therapy can vary from a few months to many years, while EMDR is generally a shorter-term treatment.

I prioritize the first couple of sessions to learn who you are, who you love, what feels heavy on your heart and mind, and what brought you to me.

After a few sessions, we will collaborate on a treatment plan tailored towards your goals as we continue building supportive scaffolding.

what are your rates?

do you take insurance?

will virtual therapy be as effective as in-person?

Individual sessions are $200 per 50 minutes.

Couples sessions are $400 per 60 minutes.

EMDR sessions are $300 per 50 minutes.

Clinical coaching is $300 per 50 minute session.

While I do not take insurance, I run an insurance-friendly practice. I can provide you with a SuperBill for you to submit to your own insurance for reimbursement, at your request.

Yes. Research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Telehealth sessions offer the same dedicated space for reflection, connection, and meaningful therapeutic work, while providing the convenience & comfort of meeting from a space that feels familiar to you. What matters most is finding an approach and therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and effective for you. I hope you find that here.
